Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and strict hygiene standards, GLOWERA COSMATICS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED adheres to a stringent return policy.

1. General Return Eligibility (Hygiene Rule)

We accept returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed, saleable condition.

  • Time Limit: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or visibly used.
  • Products purchased on final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.

2. Process for Standard Returns

  1. Contact Us: Email us at gloweracosmatics@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions from our team. Items sent back without a prior RA number may not be accepted.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered):

  • Immediate Action: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Send an email to gloweracosmatics@gmail.com including your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.
  • Resolution: If confirmed, GLOWERA COSMATICS will cover the costs of returning the incorrect/damaged item and ship the correct replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see Section 3). We do not offer exchanges for changes of mind due to the hygiene protocols required for cosmetics.
